11. Termination

The Agency reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to discontinue the Site and/or your access to it at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms, without liability.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

12.2 Arbitration Clause: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof shall be settled by confidential arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

12.3 Injunctive Relief: Notwithstanding the foregoing arbitration provision, the Agency reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of its copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights.

13. Changes to These Terms

The Agency may modify these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

14. Miscellaneous

14.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
